i think maa gold channel is silently telecasting premiers of several old low budget movies.some time back it telecasted movies such as satti(2005),premikulu(2005),aa roje(2007),preminchaka(2007),dil se(2012),gaali brothers etc.it could have been better if they get premiered on maa movies.

Zee Telugu had picked up the satelliterights of Akkineni scion, Akhil for a whopping amount. Where as the exact price is not revealed, they say it is in the range of 8.3 Crore which is asensational figure for a debutante film.There was an intense competition for the movie's satellite rights but finally ZTelugu managed it.Akhil is gearing up for a grand releaseon November, 11th as Diwali special. The movie has got a sensational release in both the Telugu states and the response for the advance booking is overwhelming. The movie is likely to witness huge openings for the first day. On the other side, all arrangements are done for premieres in overseas on tomorrow night.

sat and sun also mostly popular movies except 10:30pm slot
gemini movies:-daily 6 movies telecasted mostly of heroes such as srikanth,jagapati babu,varun sandesh and several low budget movies.sometimes big heroes movies telecasted only if 6-7 years old.
gemini action:-almost same as gemini movies
on all gemini channels popular movies are telecasted 6-7 months after their release and low budget and unpopular movies telecasted 1.5-3 yrs. after their release(some movies 4-7 yrs. late)
so i want to know how this statergy changed over the years since the launch of gemini tv.
In my opinion strategies keep on changing with time bro...for some not so successful movies satellite rights will not get sold for a long time,for such movies gemini takes satellite rights after some years of realease for example teja's niku naku dash dash got sold after 3 years of movie's release & similarly 1000 Abaddalu also got sold after 2 years of movie release

Deletei think maa gold channel is silently telecasting premiers of several old low budget movies.some time back it telecasted movies such as satti(2005),premikulu(2005),aa roje(2007),preminchaka(2007),dil se(2012),gaali brothers etc.it could have been better if they get premiered on maa movies.
